The World Wide Photowalk 2016 saw photographers from around the world hit the streets. I decided to lead my very first photowalk to Nelson Mandela Bridge guiding a group of 50 photographers through the streets of Johannesburg.
This graffiti art photowalk took place in the Johannesburg CBD with a tour around Maboneng and Jeppestown. If you’ve even been curious to join a photowalk but haven’t then check out what happened at the World Wide Photowalk 2014.
It was that time of year again with photographers around the world ready for the annual World Wide Photowalk 2012. This year’s Joburg event took place at the Randburg Bright Water Commons which featured skateboard photography and a light show in the evening.
Join me on my first photographic tour through the streets of South Africa as part of the World Wide Photowalk in Johannesburg 2011. The walk passed various landmarks from industrialized factories to the courthouses ending at Nelson Mandela Bridge.
